Processing & Dispatch
All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Each order goes through a 2-step quality and packaging check before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
During sales, limited drops, or festive periods, dispatch timelines may extend by 1–2 additional business days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Delivery Timelines

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders.
All COD orders are subject to manual verification before confirmation to ensure secure and smooth delivery.
Once verified, your order will be dispatched as per standard timelines.
For a faster checkout experience, we recommend using our secure prepaid options including UPI, debit/credit cards, and wallets.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your order ID or tracking number.

International Shipping
Currently, Sabi ships only within India.
We’re actively working towards launching international shipping. Updates will be shared on our website and social media.
