Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Policy 

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return window from the date you receive your order.

If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot accept a return request.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • Original tags must be intact

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at hi@sabioriginals.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product

Once your return request is approved, we will share return instructions and pickup details (if applicable).

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable, or

  • You may be asked to self-ship the product as per instructions shared

Any applicable return shipping charges will be communicated during approval.


Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credits

  • Store credit will be sent to your registered email ID

  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase on our store


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@sabioriginals.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

We will resolve the issue through a replacement as applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during sales or special promotions

  • Gift cards

  • Any item showing signs of use, wash, alteration, or damage caused after delivery


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different size or product, please:

  1. Request a return within 7 days

  2. Use the issued store credit to place a new order
