7-Day Returns & Free Size Exchange

Shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.


Free Size Exchange

Need a different size? Your first size exchange is completely free, including reverse pickup in serviceable locations.

Simply email hi@sabioriginals.com or WhatsApp us with:

  • Your Order ID
  • The size you’d like instead

We’ll arrange a pickup for the original item and dispatch your new size as soon as the return pickup is completed.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a valid Order ID

To initiate a return, email hi@sabioriginals.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the item

Once approved, we’ll share pickup (or self-ship) instructions.

Approved returns are issued as Store Credit, sent to your registered email address, and can be used on any future purchase at SABI.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos.

We’ll make it right with either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

The choice is yours.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift Cards
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery
